以下（いか） — "Or less / Below"

Used to set an upper limit on a number — most commonly for rent, price, or distance.

• Structure: [Number] + 以下
• Example: 家賃が六万円以下のアパートに住みたいです。(Yachin ga rokuman en ika no apāto ni sumitai desu.) — "I want to live in an apartment with rent of 60,000 yen or less."

つきの — "With (a feature)"

Used to describe a property that comes with a specific feature or amenity.

• Structure: [Feature noun] + つきの + [property noun]
• Example: 駐車場つきのアパートに住んでいます。(Chūshajō tsuki no apāto ni sunde imasu.) — "I live in an apartment with a car park."

Note: つきの is used to add an extra feature to a house or property listing.

ので — "Because / Since" (reason connector)

Connects a reason to a result in a natural, polite way.

• Structure: [Reason clause] + ので + [Result clause]
• Example: コンビニがとなりにあるので便利ですね。(Konbini ga tonari ni aru node benri desu ne.) — "You have a convenience store next door and it's convenient, isn't it?"

どちらのほうが好きですか — "Which do you like more?"

Used to ask someone to compare two options and choose a preference.

• Key Phrase: どちらのほうが好きですか。(Dochira no hō ga suki desu ka.) — "Which do you like more?"

Note: This asks for a preference between two things — not whether you like both.
